FAQs
-
We accept a variety of funding arrangements depending on your eligibility, including:
Home Care Packages: If you’re over 65 (or 50+ for First Nations people) and have a package allocated through My Aged Care, you may use those funds for specialist nursing and allied services.
NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme): If you are an NDIS participant and your plan includes supports for nursing, lymphoedema management or related clinical care, our services may be claimable.
Private/self‑funded: If you don’t have a package or plan, you can still access our services privately on a fee‑for‑service basis
-
Assessment and management of lymphoedema (measurement, skin care, manual lymphatic drainage, compression garment fitting) in line with best practice.
Community and home‑based nursing care: wound management, continence support, post‑operative care, support within aged‑care or retirement communities.
Collaboration with your GP or allied health professionals, to ensure continuity of care and a holistic approach.

In many cases we can begin with an in‑home assessment without a specific referral.
For NDIS or Home Care Package funding you might require approval from your case manager and documentation that our service aligns with your plan/support agreement.
For certain compression garments, specialized equipment or subsidized schemes you may need a referral from your GP or specialist. We help you through each of these steps
